I read every email personally. Typical response within 24 hours on weekdays, up to 48 hours during busy periods.

What to Include

• Bug reports: Browser name and version, operating system, the image format and approximate file size you were compressing, and what went wrong. A screenshot showing the issue helps a lot.
• Feature requests: What compression feature or format you need and how you'd use it.
• Compression questions: Any context about your workflow — I can give more specific advice if I know what you're optimizing for (web, email, social media, etc.).

Known Limitations

• Files over 50MB may be slow on devices with limited RAM.
• HEIC and TIFF decoding quality varies by browser.
• Compression is single-threaded — very large batches will process sequentially.
